If you want to collect them all, your search will take you to Cherry Country, a company that sells cherry products of all kinds, including the beloved chocolate covered. Charm collectors will also want to visit nearby Johan Vineyards, the only Norwegian-owned vineyard in the United States, which will inspire you with its biodynamic farmed grapes, and to Left Coast Cellars, which allows you to enjoy a glass of estate wine while strolling the dirt path through an oak savannah.
While collecting charms, you will learn that Bryan Croft has been Firesteed Winery’s only winemaker on the property since 1997. You will learn Eola-Amity Vineyard was the thirty-third registered winery in Oregon and has wine club members dating back to 1987 who call themselves The Cork Sniffers. You will also learn that, while EZ Orchards sells produce and cider doughnuts, it also now makes and sells hard cider.
The charm trail will take you all over—from the Oregon State Capitol to the Enchanted Forest amusement park to The Oregon Garden. In all, charms can be collected from three museums, six Chamber of Commerce locations, fifteen wineries, a theater, an antique mall and four country farm markets.
