Bend

Designed by Corey Martin of Hacker Architects, Basecamp in Bend adds to a growing niche of urban residents in the Old Mill District. The developer, called project^, is adding to the mix of Bend’s commercial areas with a fresh and modern look. Eight units make up the first of three phases. Ultimately, there will be twenty-five units.

These sleek townhomes offer three layouts ranging from three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath 1,764 square feet to a 2,381-square-foot elegant four-bedroom, four-bath townhome with a ground floor studio. These are offered by Ladd Group at Cascade Sotheby’s.

The apartments, on the corner of Commercial Street SE and Bellevue Street SE, have 115 units and electric car charging stations in the larger Pringle Square master plan.

Floorplans range from 500-square-foot studios to 1,400-square-foot apartments with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Portland

Rising in the North Pearl is Cosmopolitan on the Park, a 28-story, 168-condo building. The glass-clad structure designed by Bora Architects will reflectively share Portland’s surroundings—the Cascades, the Willamette River and downtown—with its inhabitants and onlookers.

The condominiums begin at 755 square feet in a one bedroom and scale as large as 3,236 square feet in a three-bed plus den, three-and-a-half bath penthouse. Hoyt Realty represents the Cosmopolitan.
