1.50 oz kilbeggan Irish Whiskey
0.75 oz Brown sugar syrup
1 oz Spella espresso
1 oz hot water
2 oz heavy whipping cream

Combine all ingredients into a heated Irish coffee glass, steam until all ingredients are incorporated and hot. Gently float your heavy whipping cream (whipped & unsweetened) over your Irish Coffee. Garnish with 3 espresso beans, Cheers!
