Ingredients: 3 oz Bar Pilot Cucumber Vodka; ½ oz ginger simple syrup; 3 slices of cucumber rounds; 2 sprigs of fresh basil; 1 tsp fresh lime juice

Cucumber Basil Martini

3 oz Bar Pilot Cucumber Vodka

½ oz ginger simple syrup

3 slices of cucumber rounds

2 sprigs of fresh basil

1 tsp fresh lime juice

Muddle simple syrup, cucumber, basil and juice. Pour into cocktail shaker over ice and add vodka. Shake and strain into martini glass. Garnish glass with a cucumber round.
