Which is a ghost’s favorite animal at the Aquarium? Our harbor seal, “BOOts” of course! The Aquarium invites you to grab your broomsticks and ready your cauldrons because it’s almost the spookiest time of the year: Halloween!
Back again for 2017, the Aquarium is co-hosting the OSU Extension 4-H Youth Development Program’s Halloween “Trick or Treat Street” that will take place from on Saturday, October 28, from 6:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. Mock storefronts arranged in a looping “street” will feature local businesses handing out treats to all kids who enter. The event, presented by Bigfoot Beverages, provides a safe and dry environment for children 12 and under to go trick or treating.
Every child and accompanying adult interested in attending may gain entry with one can of non-perishable people or pet food, all of which goes to Food Share of Lincoln County.
