 g&amp\;Baggage Productions.  “Spinning Into Butter” explores the dang
 ers of both racism and political correctness in America\; a story seemingl
 y ripped from today’s headlines and uniquely relevant to our political c
 ulture.\n\nShow times are 2 and 7:30 p.m. Saturday\, Jan. 20\, and 2 p.m. 
 Sunday\, Jan. 21\, in room 200 at the Learning Innovation Center (LINC) on
  OSU’s Corvallis campus. Tickets are free but required and can be obtain
 ed on a first-come\, first-served basis at http://engineering.oregonstate
 .edu/community.\n\nWhen one of the few African American students at libera
 l Belmont College begins receiving hate mail\, the campus erupts\, first w
 ith shock\, then with mutual recrimination as faculty and students alike t
 ry to prove their own tolerance by condemning one another. At the center o
 f this maelstrom is Sarah Daniels\, the Dean of Students. As the administr
 ation sponsors public “race forums” and the students start activist gr
 oups\, Sarah is forced to explore her own feelings of racism. Her self-exa
 mination leads to some surprising discoveries and painful insights\, the c
 onsequences of which even she can’t predict.\n\n"...a production that sh
