Public Lecture by Nobel Laureate: Dr. Louis Ignarro, The Road to Stockholm – A Nobel Mission.

Nobel laureate, Louis Ignarro, will deliver a public lecture at OSU as part of the Linus Pauling Institute’s biennial conference on dietary factors and health. There is no cost for the public lecture, but registration is required.

Ignarro, whose discoveries regarding nitric oxide as a signaling molecule in the cardiovascular system made possible new medications for heart patients and men who experience impotence, earned the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1998.

Friday, August 16th at the Lasells Stewart Center.
