— Alter Ego Cider—

Join the Alter Ego Cider team for a Nocino Class on Tuesday, June 25th from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Nocino is an Italian spirit made from green walnuts, vodka, and aromatics, traditionally served around Christmastime. ‘Tis the season to get your batch of nocino started!

Alter Ego Co-Owner Anne Hubatch and Taphouse Manager Gemma Schmit will explain the history of the spirit, demonstrate the process, and share Hubatch’s secret recipe, which includes cider as an ingredient. This class is $20 per person and includes a 13 oz. glass of The Brut cider.
