Hood River, Ore. – More than 120 arts, crafts and food vendors will gather in the Gorge October 11-13! Harvest Fest features live music, kids activities, produce, fine arts, crafts, and everything else fall related! Presented by Pacific Power and produced by the Hood River County Chamber of Commerce Harvest Fest is one of the Gorge’s favorite events.
Now is the time to stock up on apples, pears, pumpkins, garlic, flowers, jams, and much more, Harvest Fest has it all! Local producers include Draper Girls Farms, Oates Orchards, Sun Gold Farm, Kiyokawa Orchards, Packer Orchards, Columbia Gorge Garlic and Vanguard Nursery. Naked Dates will also be there with their incredible dates from the southwest.
For the kids Harvest Fest has a large bouncy house world coming again, a rock wall, face painting, along with giant pumpkin carvings from Holloween Wars Tom Lindskog, pumpkin painting and other activities provided by Leaders for Tomorrow.
Other activities include live music, wine, beer, cider and spirits tasting, great food from food trucks, pie eating contest Saturday and Sunday at 2pm, and shopping from some of the Northwest’s best artists. Arts and crafts include metal work, photography, paintings, pottery, rock work and more.
