Oregon Repertory Singers’ annual Glory of Christmas concert marks the arrival of the holidays for hundreds of music lovers in the greater Portland area. This year’s edition features Benjamin Britten’s Ceremony of Carols, a setting of English poetry for treble voices featuring guest harpist Denise Fujikawa, alongside works for male chorus including Franz Biebl’s Ave Maria. The ORS Youth Choirs open the concert with a festive prelude performance, and various guest youth choirs join ORS in a combined finale of some of your favorite carols. Audiences won’t want to miss this cherished Portland tradition!
