On June 21, ethically-minded businesses in Oregon will receive recognition for such efforts in front of 400 Oregon business professionals at the Oregon Ethics in Business Awards. Held at the Portland Art Museum and hosted each year by Rotary Club of Portland, the Oregon Ethics in Business Awards honor organizations and individuals who have demonstrated ethical business practice in its broadest interpretation: in the workplace, the marketplace, the environment and the community. Recipients of the awards have gone beyond the expected to achieve excellence in ethical business practices. A keynote speech will be given by Green Zebra Grocery Founder and CEO, Lisa Sedler.

In its 13th year, Oregon Ethics in Business partners with Rotary Clubs throughout the state of Oregon. Dedicated to perpetuating high standards of ethical conduct in businesses and non-profit organizations, Oregon Ethics in Business has been granted five $2,000 scholarships by the Portland Rotary Charitable Trust. The scholarships are awarded to one student from each of Oregon’s five U.S. Congressional Districts who has maintained a 3.25 G.P.A. while attending an Oregon College or University.
