This would mean the world to me I love the coast I used to go with my mom all the time. My mother got sick in 2015 and sadly passed in 2019. I haven’t been since our last trip in 2017 The oregon coast was our favorite place to be. I became her sole caregiver up until the day she passed away. After my mother passed I became the caregiver for a quadriplegic man and then of my now husband who is disabled due to a stroke. I have not been able to get out and go and visit the place I love the most due to this. I would love so much to be able to have this opportunity to cleanse my body mind and soul and have some relax time for me. Anyone who is a caregiver knows how hard it can be and what it can take from you. Im not complaining I dont want it to seem that way. It is not what I intended this post to portray. I would be so greatful to be selected for this getaway. I heard so many good things about the Salishan and have always planned on booking a stay. Sometime in the future I intend to stay a weekend at the least.

Every Fall we drive by here on our way to Lincoln City. We have never stopped because it looks too expensive. This month is our 45th wedding anniversary and it would be a great treat for the occasion.
My 20-year-old granddaughter is coming to Oregon from University in Boston – studying microbiology engineering is tough – she wants to see the coast, this would be magnificent
